    The best thing is feeling your baby kick 🙂 as that brings comfort to you knowing they are okay 🙂 and worst thing is morning sickness and heart burn 🙁 luckily the morning sickness as gone but heartburn is a pain 🙁 xxx

    I’m male, so no 1st hand experience. But the negatives have to include back ache, morning sickness, mood swings and of course the delivery itself. Positive things must include eating for 2, the joy of knowing you’ll have a child, and finally giving birth and seeing your baby for the 1st time.
