So Indie was 7 years old recently, and the lovely people at L.O.L Surprise sent her the new L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory as an extra special treat. I love how L.O.L Surprise are getting more and more creative with their range and we loved being given the opportunity to review their new toy.
L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory
So glitter is life, right? Well it is when you are 7 years old! We love the L.O.L Surprise Glitter Series and this Glitter Factory takes things to a whole new level. Before we got the L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory out of the box, we decided to watch the unboxing video to see how to use it.
The video is perfect for getting your little ones started with the L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory so I’d definitely recommend having a watch before they start playing with their new LOL toy.
What’s Inside the L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory
So the box is packed with everything you need for some L.O.L Surprise Glitter Fun! There’s 2 pots of glue, 4 pots of L.O.L Surprise Glitter and 4 pots of fuzz. We found an L.O.L Surprise Doll with accessories all ready to be decorated and a mannequin inside the box as well as all the brushes you need to paint the glue onto the doll.
The L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory itself has stands for your glitter and fuzz pots and is where you put your doll to decorate her with glitter. You also have places to stand your decorated doll so she can dry off after she has been glittered.
How Did We Get On?
The girls we super desperate to get creative so once they had watched the YouTube video I let them get started. The girls worked out how to decorate the L.O.L Surprise Doll really easily and got straight to work painting her with glue. You also get some handy LOL masks to cover and protect your dolls face from the glitter.
As soon as she was ready, they popped her inside the L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory and secured the ball. The fun part is most certainly in the spinning! The faster you spin the ball the better the coverage of glitter or fuzz.
We started with the hair and as soon as the girls worked out how to do it, they were lining up the rest of their LOL Surprise collection to have a new makeover.
L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory Review
We found the LOL Surprise toy really easy to set up and use. I let the girls play with it without interference from me and we managed not to have glitter sprayed all over the living room, which I’m calling a win!
Decorating the doll with the L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory was easy for them to do once they had see it in action. The feature that the really loved was that the glitter could be washed off and they could change the design if they wanted too.
I love that the L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory let them get creative with their dolls, and I suspect that the L.O.L Surprise DIY Glitter Factory is going to be a huge hit with little L.O.L surprise fans this year!

My daughter Ellie seems to have missed the whole LOL thing.. she loves Hello Kitty and Slime though
This set is amazing. Keeps busy my daughter for hours and opens up her imagination. She is decorating the dolls or even design her own doll by gluing accessories on her hair or adding sparkling touch on her clothes and shoes.
Looks like a great toy – sure my niece would love this
